About
A swiss army knife for ambiguous, high-stakes operations.
ALEYUS is built on a decade of senior operations, compliance and communications work across agencies, global consultancies and the tech scale-up ecosystem—now directed at the growth bottleneck facing AI safety.
AI safety practice
Founded by an operations expert with decades of experience across agencies and the tech scale-up tech ecosystem. Strategic specialist within compliance focused on people, ESG and enablement for public and private sector clients.
Writes on labour futures and displacement. Interested in behavioural × AI scenario building around deceptive red teaming, cognitive decline, and public perceptions of deepfake technology. Currently exploring wider AI safety opportunities in an Operations Lead or Chief of Staff capacity.

Track record
Senior roles across startups and global consultancies, managing chief-of-staff adjacent functions including GTM strategy, partnerships and thought leadership for clients including Diageo, Google and L’Oréal, alongside sensitive central British government work.
Starting at the IPA in London, I led influential industry research on diversity, commercial trends and AI, with work published in The Drum, WARC and elsewhere. Today I lead compliance and regulatory functions at an AI-led market research scale-up and head research at an Adecco Group agency, enabling AI adoption and data literacy.
I work globally—usually on a US timeline—with experience across the EEA and MENA markets, and hold degrees from Cambridge, Glasgow and Imperial.
